Prewriting assignment #2 directions

1. Shift between present and past tense.
2. Describe yourself or a person associated with your place using characteristics of your place.
3. Use four similes.
4. Use the phrase: “The history of [your place] goes like this: ….”
5. Describe someone’s actions/the consequences of those actions on your place.
6. Write five guidelines for future generations concerning your place. List them and explain each.
7. Use all five sensory images
8. Choose your favorite sentence from #1 to begin #2.
